Generate Demand:
  • Create, manage and execute marketing campaigns via phone and email.
  • Research financial institutions and key contacts to develop targeted messages that foster new lines of communication.
  • Attend US trade shows and conferences as necessary.
  • Follow up on marketing generated activities and document all "touch points" and notes in
  • Identify sales opportunities for Verafin that are in early stages of the buying process in order to initiate the sales process.
  • Uncovering pain/problems within a financial institution that Verafin can help solve.
  • Identify decision makers within financial institutions and map organizational reporting structures.
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual SQL targets.
  • Participating in product training sessions, meetings, skills training and professional development classes.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years demonstrated proficiency in understanding a prospect’s needs and managing and building multiple prospect relationships.
  • Ability to interface with multiple levels within a prospect’s organization (c-suite, decision makers, users). 
  • Experience working in lead generation or development role would be preferred.
  • Knowledge of the financial or software industry would be an asset.
  • Cold calling experience would be an asset. 
  • Experience using Salesforce would be an asset.
